Need to change registration from cox.net to verizon.net How?

I have moved from one provider (cox.net) to another (verizon.net). My Office
On-Line registration only accepts the old address. How do I change my
registration?

If you mean the Windows Live ID that you use to access these newsgroups
through Microsoft's web interface, then afaik you need to create a new
ID for your new email address by clicking on the "Sign In" button and
then clicking on the "Sign up now" button.
