Default My 'paint' programme has disappeared, how do I get it back

Somehow 'paint' has gone and I don't know how to get it back, any suggestions
would be appreciated.

copy and paste the line below into the
"run" command window via
start button:

%SystemRoot%\system32\mspaint.exe

you can make a shortcut right
clicking on the desktop, create
new shortcut paste the above as well.

Thanks, I found the file but when I click on it now it just says that it has
to close down I am so near but so far.

You might want to go to Control Panel\Add remove Windows Components and then Accessories and Utilities\Details and put a checkmark to Paint. Then repeat the process that db posted for you
