My Office menu bar, status bar, title bar got big. What should I d

My entire Office 2007 series (every programs) got strange interface. After
installing several months ago, it didn't happen. It just started to get big
recently. When I mean big, I mean the toolbar and the status bar are big. The
menu is also big and that forces the workspace to be smaller. I tried the
Diagnostic tool and the online tool but it doesn't seem to work. For how big
it is, please take a look at my screen capture
