my browse button doesn't work when i try to attach file to email

I am using windows vista home basic. I am trying to send a message with
attachments using my yahoo account. when I click "attach" the next window I
see contains multiple "browse" selections. when I click "browse" I expect to
see a dropdown for me to select the file to attach, but the browse button
doesn't do anything.

And what does this have to do with Office. Which mail client are you using. If Outlook then post to the Outlook newsgroups and if Windows Mail then post to the WM newsgroup

Are you using Windows Mail or the Yahoo website?
