MSI keeps requesting a CD

Everytime I start an office application or outlook express windows MSI
starts and wants me to insert a Microsoft Publisher 2002 CD (which I can't
find). It takes me 3 or 4 times to cancel different messages and the
application I requested loads.

Can someone tell me how to stop the MSI starting everytime I start an
application please.
