MS Outlooke & MS project odditiy

Hello all...

I recently installed MS project 2007 on a system that has MS office
2003. For some reason each time the user starts MS outlook, Outlook
says " The configurations changes made to MS project will take effect
after teh next reboot, reboot now"

Any ideas?

This is a windows xp pro Dell laptop, Latitude d830
