MS Outlook email

I am using Microsoft Outlook for email and I have to push Send/Receive
several times before it will send an email, Receive works everytime and Send
eventualy will work, but it is taking more tries now.
Any ideas?

How many accounts do you have installed in Outlook? If more than 2 or 3, then increase your send/receive interval to at least 10 minutes.
