MS Outlook 2003 Network printer unable to print

There are 3 users whose connected to the network printer (Konica 7155) with
the same configuration who are able to print. But lately, 2 users get "blank
pages" when they print their e-mail from Inbox or any folder and the 1 user
is just printing fine. Please help and thanks.
