Default MS Money 2007 Balance Issues

I have followed the directions for bank balance, statement balance, auto
balance, and downloaded the bank statement many times. However, the bank
balance is always shown as 0. When I use the reconciler. it says that the
check was a withdrawl, yet it is in the deposit column.

The checkbook balance is correct, but the bank balance is not. Can anyone
help?
