migration of office

I downloaded a version of Office 2007 through my community college at a
special price. I want to migrate the Office 2007 Suite from a XP (sp3) to a
Vista (64 bit) Ultimate. Any ideas on how to do this would be appreciated.

You install on vista using the installation file you downloaded

You have to download it again. Did you save the download file? If so, you
could run the executable on the Vista machine.
