Microsoft Works Suite 2002 Disc 1

Can not open word. Error: Works cannot access one or more of the required
files, files maybe deleted, moved or renamed. Reintall MS Work suite Disc 1.
Then tried to remove MS Work suite with add/delete software function. Same
error came up. After searching for this files on my laptop, I have come to
the conclusion I may have deleted them. I do not have the MS Works Suite
2002 Disc 1 to reinstall the missing files and I can't remove the software.
Is there any way to remove this software without the disc?
