Default Microsoft Word 2003 Error

When I opened my 9-page document, there appeared to be many things wrong with
it and all of a sudden, some of my information is missing. The number of
pages kept increasing until it read 1/**** on the first page. There are
countless blank pages after about 4 and a half pages. Does anyone know how to
fix this? The document is extremely important and any help is greatly
appreciated. Thank you!

you might try rebooting
into safemode and try
that document in that
mode.

if it appears as it should
then the problem isn't
with word.

Hi

You could try open & repair - click on the little arrow next to 'open' in
the open dialogue box.
