microsoft office outlook

I use outlook as my mailbox. I have never had a problem with it until I
changed Network providers. I changed from Earthlink DSL to ATT DSL. I
removed Earthlink.

I keep getting a pop up requesting that I Enter Network Password: It has
all of my information in the popup, I Put a check in save password and hit
OK, the box reappears, if I hit cancel the box reappears, if I hit X to get
out the box reappears. Eventually it stops.

I am also getting an error message that I do not have the correct pop, but I
do.

Question: is there anything else I need to do to put the correct info for
the new server connection, or anything I can do to change the problem?

I have heard that MS is beginning to charge for the use of MS Outlook. Is
this true and could this be my problem?

I have MS Office 2003 Teachers addition and using Winows XP.

Ask your ISP for the correct settings for your account. They usually will post this information in a FAQ on their website.

Outlook has always been a paid product except for Outlook 98 many years ago (last century) - what did you hear about Microsoft charging for Outlook above and beyond the cost of Office? Are you talking about using Hotmail in Outlook? That is now only for paid premium subsciptions.
