Microsoft Office - How to delete message in outbox

The message is too large, it started to send, but wont. Now I cant delete
it. It takes forever for emails to get out of the outbox now.
Please help

Turn off Send/Receive, close and open Outlook, delete the offending
message, turn Send/Receive back on.

File->Work Offline. Completely close and restart Outlook. Delete the message. File->Uncheck Work Offline.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
