Default "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer is not installed"

When trying to import a jpg into Document Imaging, I get the following message;

"Microsoft Office Document Image Writer is not installed. Please ininstall
and then re-install the Microsoft Office Document Imaging application." This
message happened before and after I reinstalled Vista and Office.

Microsoft Office Document Imaging is an optionally installed feature in
Office 2007. Just add the feature to your installation as described at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/he...340671033.aspx . You'll
find the feature in the Office Tools category.

Yes, that was apparent from your original question.

I installed 2003 with everything installed to disk. I just went through the
process described in your link and it shows that everything is installed to
my hard drive.

What part of my question do you not understand that you have to send me to a
post describing that you don't understand my question? How can I be clearer?
