Microsoft Marketplace-OEM or Retail?

I have a new computer with a trial of Microsoft Office on it. If I buy a
full version of Office via Microsoft Marketplace (i.e. convert) am I buying a
Retail Version or an OEM version?

It's retail but if you buy iut from Amazon.com, it'll be retail PLUS save
you some money. ;-)
