Microsoft access sending emails from within access by using outloo

Simple database macro setup to send emails was able to send emails fine upto
the other day, get message saying action failed MS access unable to send.

using outlook on a exchange server

however when this database is used through another termimal server no issues
with sending the same email.

Any help would be great
