Microsof do not take my Office 2003 professional

I have it for about three years...when I installed the first time. was Ok, I
got all Updates on Windows Updates, Microsoft Upadates,all ok... one after I
had to format My HDD..I put back ...everything ok!..... now! last month I
had a problem I had to format again....Now theres messages, that my Oficce
is no good! at all! how is that....I started long time time with Ms Office
97 professional..I still have everything, Book, Cd Rom, Cd key.....and Office
2003 professional the same I have everything...how come? someone help me?

I kind of doubt that you got an error message that said "Your Office is no
good!"

Specifically, what error messages are you getting?

I believe that you couldn't activate Microsoft Office 2003 Professional
through the internet right? Don't panic All you need to do is instead of
performing an internet activation, please perform an activation by phone. You
will be able to talk to a customer service representative from Microsoft, she
will be asking you some questions and finally you will get to activate your
copy of Office.
