Default Message Headers

In Microsoft Outlook 2003, why do the headers (Sent, Received, etc.) print
with some messages, but not others? My co-worker keeps hard copies of her
e-mail and was printing out her messages today. On two of the e-mails, the
headers do not print along with the message. Does anyone know why this is
happening and how to fix it?

Yes. We have also found that if she inserts a blank line at the top of a
troublesome message, this solves the problem. However, she is still unable to
print the headers on any message that contains tables.
