Default Menu Font/Display Font in Office 2k7 w/XP

The font used on the ribbon bar and in my outlook mailbox (for email
subjects, names, folders, etc.) is very hard to read when running Office 2k7
on XP. I have Office 2k7 running on Vista at home and the font is different
and much eaiser to read.

Is there a way to change the font Office is using to display menu items,
mail folder names, email subjects, etc. when in the inbox?

Thank you.
