I need to develop or buy inexpensively an automated booking system for a
non-profit organization where I do volunteer work. I was hoping to be able
to do it in Excel but am finding that daunting.

| If you are talking about being able to reserve an office for a

Not sure if it is exactly what you're looking, but there's a online
reservation system at 'Welcome to WebReserv.com'
(http://www.webreserv.com). The system is intended at small businesses,
vacation rentals, car rentals etc., but it may be can you can use it for
your non-profit organization as well.
