Default Mapping files on shared network

We have a new employee who will need to become familiar with files on our
shared drive quickly. I thought it might be helpful to print out a map of
all the folders on our shared drive, but can't figure out how to do this.

We are using Windows XP professional. Any ideas?

Thanks!
Karen

Default Re: Mapping files on shared network

Not an Office application issue but an operating system task. So, start
by going to Windows, Help and Support, and look up "Tree". Once you have
read up on the use of "Tree" then use it to create a text file to be
printed like below.

tree Driveletter:Path /a > C:\listing.txt
