MAPI failure: “Unspecified Error� in terminal server

Hi

We are using two terminal servers with load balansing.
Our users experience problems when trying to send office files via e-mail.
for instance if we in word chooses to send the document via e-mail the
message: "Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure: unspecified error."
In excel the message says there is an error in the mail system.
we also experience this problem when trying to send email from the economy
system.

We have tried turning off Offline Caching on the roaming profile share and
also installed User Profile Cleanup Service on both terminal servers but that
dosn't help.

Would appretiate all the help we can get.

PS: we are using office 2007 enterprise edition and the terminal servers are
running windows server 2003 enterprise edition
