Default lost certificate of authenticity number

I inadvertently deleted MS office from my computer last night. when i tried
to reinstall, I got an "insert certificate of authenticity number" box. I
don't have the code anymore. What do I need to do to reinstall MS office?
Thanks

Sounds like you should have turned in earlier.

Where did you get Office from, Retail or with your PC?

There is no such thing as a "certificate of authenticity number" for any
