Loss of Office 2003 functionality after uninstalling Office 2007 B
I got a version of Office 2007 Beta with Windows XP magazine last year. When
I uninstalled this beta version from my laptop last week I lost access to my
Office 2003 programs (Word, Excel etc) and the PC is trying to install the
Office 2003 Professional from scratch. I can get the disks at work to
re-install but I think its very bad that there was no warning that
uninstalling Office 2007 beta was going to screw up my Office 2003 programs.
Be warned!
p.s. Getting your hands on the original disks is never easy so is there
another way around this? Thanks in anticipation.

As it said on the label it was a Beta version ie unfinished
Application media should allways be stored in a safe place, you never know
when you might need them
