Default The 'Locations' box in Apointments

Is there any way to delete an entry into the 'Locations' box on the
Appointment window of the calendar? It seems that if you enter something in
there, Oops mispelled or don't need it anymore, you are stuck with it
FOREVER!!

After furious head scratching, Dan asked:
