Default Letter to notify students of scheduled class changes

I am in charge of the scheduling for our church computer classes that are
being offered this coming semester. I need a form letter or something that I
can notify them of scheduled class changes.

That would be pretty specific to your church. Perhaps you will find it
quicker to type your own "template"?

I suspect that most people think a template will have all of the right words
on it and all they have to do is to fill in the blanks. They don't think of
a template as being the way a document is laid out.

sometimes it is
simply easier to
take out a piece of blank
paper and draw or write
what is needed, then use
it as the guideline/example to
recreate in office.

personally, since the
computer classes would
be small, I would personally
call each student.

however, you might think
the rescheduling as an appointment,
i.e., class start date.

depending on the style and
formality, you might want to include
or simply use a simple calendar
and notate on it the new class dates.

you can modify examples such as
the ones below accordingly, with
the new dates, logo, etc..
