Default landlord harassment

How do I write a letter to the property management company about the
residential or building manager harassing the tenant with threats, lies, and
false accusations for unknown reasons? What to say, how to start, how to end?

you don't.

you need to discuss the issues
verbally and take a witness and
tape recorder.

then, if things don't get
better you get a lawyer to
write the letter.

Since this is an MS Office newsgroup, I would suggest you use Microsoft
Word. That way you can edit it repeatedly until you are satisfied with
what you decide to include. Then print and mail it. Don't forget to save
your file often in case something happens so you you won't lose what you
have typed.

Check out the following "Perry Mason" episodes:

"The Case of the Troublesome Tenant"
"The Case of the Malicious Manager"
"The Case of the Larcenous Landlord".

the reason i don't recommend
"you" write such a letter is:

1) you don't know how and
had to ask us and

2) if you say something wrong
then it will be in writing and you
will be held accountable.

however, there is more
leeway with verbal discussions.

be sure to find out the reasons
why you are being treated as
you say

then to let them know how you
feel about it and what you need
to be done

then ascertain their response to
your concerns and request.
