Issues with Office 2007 buttons

After we installed Office 2007 in a couple of pcs, when you open Word or
Excel and clic on the Office button, it doesn't work.
Have someone seen this problem before?

I already tried repairing Office, uninstalling and reinstalling it, but
nothing seems to work.
