Default Interface In Grayscale?

I'm not sure how it started, but I uninstalled/reinstalled Office and the
problem remains.

The interface and the icons in all the office programs are, well, messed up.
A picture can explain more clearly:

I don't know how to get it back to its shiny and colorful self. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help,
Sean

Go to your Windows Control Panel, and change the Accessibility Options. You
have "high contrast" specified.

Thanks for your response!

I went to the Accessibility Options and turned *on* high contrast, which
made things worse, however turning it back off again seemed to fix the
problem. Thanks again!
