Default installing on vista

Im trying to install office 2003 on my new laptop with vista operating
system, but i get an error that says "it needs elevation" I want to know how
can I fix this problem, thanx

It means you need to run the installer as an Admin.

It probably means for you to install as Administrator
(Its a Vista thing)
