Default Installing additional Copies

Hello, we have Office Professional 2007 which I converted from a trial
version earlier this year. When I converted, I converted online, but I also
ordered the CD's.
We are planning to buy a laptop for our daugther for school and are
wondering...
How many PC's can we install on?
And is it fair to say I would just use the CD?
And If We replace the aging HP Pavillion tower we currently have OFFICE PRO
installed on, how do we reinstall on a new PC without having to buy
additional licenses?

Thanks for trying, but in reading complicated license agreement I am getting
confused.
My product Key has an FPP tied to it., so with that in mind, and in brief
what are my restrictions.
-thanks

Default Re: Installing additional Copies

In a nutshell, you are allowed to install Office Professional on:
.. 1 desktop PC and 1 laptop, or
.. 2 laptops
When you 'retire' a PC/laptop on which Office Professional is installed, you should remove the Office Professional instalation from
that machine. You are then entitled to reinstal Office Professional on another machine, such that the above licensing terms are
complied with. At most, you may find that you'll be required to use phone activation for the reinstalled copy.
