Installation failure -- Office 2007

I had to reformat my HD and I cannot now reinstall Office 2007.

After typing in my product key, specifying the type of installation I want
(minimum) and then clicking "install," the progress bar window appears but
the application doesn't install -- there is no progress bar. The whole thing
just stalls.

I tried right clicking on the setup file in Windows Explorer and choosing
"Run as Administrator." No go. I am also listed as an administrator in my
user account profile.

My system is Vista Ultimate and it is activated.

Help anyone?

I'd contact Microsoft's PSS, as I believe they will assist at no cost with
installation and patching problems.
