Importing BCMQ data into Excel

I am trying to give a direct mail printer an excel document containing bcm
info. I did an advanced filter (thru Marketing Campaign in bcm) and aved the
filtered info as a bcmq file.

How do I import the info on these individuals to an excel document so that
printer can use? No import options in excel seem to reference bcm at all.
