i receive emails from clients but cant reply to my clients....

I recently install outlook office microsoft to receive my email it was
perfect for 2 days until 2 hours ago when i trying to send or reply to my
clients i get this message error even though my internet conection(bellsouth
DSL)is an excellent connection:

TASK "NIMBIT-SENDING" REPORTED ERROR (0X800CCCOF) THE CONNECTION TO THE
SERVER WAS INTERRUPTED .IF THIS PROBLEM CONTINUES CONTACT YOUR SERVER
ADMINISTRATOR.

Turn off any firewall or email scanning or, make an exception in your firewall for Outlook.
