i need help

I tried calling Comcast but all they did was delete my whole page.I have
errors when i try to get my IP adress back.If anyone can help I would
appreciate it.

More information is needed. What error messages are you getting? What were
you doing when you lost your internet connection? Have you installed or
uninstalled any software? Do you have current and operating antivirus
software? What page did Comcast delete and how did they do it?
