Default I dont want office updates in the windows updates!!!

Today I wanted to check manually if there are any updates for office from
the site
so I followed some links pressed some ok buttons and saw that there are some
huge updates
for office2003.. but I dont want them!

Now I see that windows is trying to download them.. but I dont want them to
be downloaded...

how can I stop the autoupdate feature of office and leave only for windows
XP like it was before???

Than ks

Ok I found it.. I had agreed with this thing here
http://update.microsoft.com/microsof...pdate&ln=en-us

and that caused the huge download to start...

I have now disabled it
