I can't open the control panel page - I have vista operating syste

the problem started when the printer stopped responding, I tried to open the
Control panel, I see the control panel window blink then disappear.

the operating system is Vista.

anyone knows a solution for this?

You might try posting to a group for Vista. This is the MS Office group.
