I can't access good Word or Excel files anymore

I can't access good Word or Excel files anymore. I can access them if I save
to a flash and use another PC. It asks me about my Normal file and Global
template. How can I gain access on this PC again?

Without knowing exactly what messages you're getting and exactly what you
are doing, it's hard to help you. Don't forget to include the versions
you're using.
