I can read incoming message in autopreview only I can read incoming message in autopreview only

Default I can read incoming message in autopreview only
When I open that email message, all I see is my previously sent email but
not the the incoming message.

I have toggeled between formating that message between text and rich text
with no success. It seems to happen form only that sender....@juno.com
