HP Printer is not working right under Microsoft Word 7

I have Word 7 & Office 2007 installed on Windows XP pro. The Printer is
messed up; it doesn't print the second and more pages; it does not print
duplex pages, and the HP Solutions Scan a document doesn't work. What can I
do to straighten this out?????
