Default How do you write exponents larger than 3?

I see where you can insert the exponents 2 and 3 but I need to insert a 6 as
an exponent. I don't see it in the symbol/math.
I need to write 7 to the 6 power.

Which application? (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, something else?)

Are you using Equation Editor within that application?
