How do I turn off the moving on-screen magnifier?

My cursor arrow is in the middle of a magnified box that moves around the
screen. I don't know how it got turned on, and more importantly, I don't know
how to turn it off. Help!

Try press Windows key +U and click stop. It's part of the Accessibility
Options in Windows.
