My HP Desktop did not work properly when removed Microsoft Office 2003 from
it quite a long time ago by using the Add/Remove Programs in the Control
Panel. I had to reformat the hard drive then. I want to take it out
permanently. Please tell me how?
You use the Add/Remove dialogue or the Office2003 cd
If your HP doesnt work properly after an uninstall of Office as above,
something else is going on, and 'not work properly' is not enough to
diagnose.

If you "reformatted" the drive it was installed on, it is surely gone.
