How do I restore the menus in Powerpoint 2003?

My menus (file, tools, format, edit, etc) have just disappeared in Powerpoint
2003. I have had the same problem in Word 2007. I can't figure out how to
restore them. Please help!

Try r-click the toolbar area, Customize, Toolbars, Select Menu bar, and
reset.
