Default How do I OVERRIDE aspect ratio?

I am trying to re-size a .jpeg photo from 4" X 6" to 5" X 5" and need to know
how to override the aspect ratio. Please respond to MGropp@luntz.com

In Picture Manager , you can't. You can crop and then size (or vice-versa),
but it maintains aspect ratio for you so your pictures don't get skewed.

You'd need to find a different tool to do more robust editing.
