Default how do I make office picture editor my jpeg default viewer

I originally had picture editor with now IhaveOffice97, now I have Office03
and I have lost my JPEG default viewer.How do I reset it?

Right click any .jpg, properties, opens with, select Windows Picture and Fax
Viewer or some other viewer you may have installed.
