Default How do I install Office on second computer (laptop)?

I purchased a new desktop computer in April '07. I upgraded the existing MS
programs with a retail "upgrade" version of MS Office Standard 2007 in
May'07. Recently my laptop with older version of MS Office crashed. I
purchased a new computer but it did not come with any Office products from
the OEM.
QUESTION: How can I use the purchased retail Upgrade version of MS Office
Standard 2007 to load onto new laptop?

You can't since there is no qualifying Office product
installed on the new laptop. You'll need to purchase
a "full version" of Microsoft Office for your new laptop.

If your upgrade version is licensed for installation on 2 PC's you need a
qalifying product cd in order to be able to install it.
Did your new laptop contain Works?
