How do I Find all my lost files in Outlook.

I am having problems with my Outlook. All my Old files have gone missing and
I even canot receive emails. I used to have less folders on on Personal
folder list however I am now having alot of unnecessary folders which I dont
like.

All my settings and Account in Ms Outlook 2003 have gone missing therefore,
could you please help assist me with this problem of mine.

On the info supplied I would hazard that by unncessary Folders you may mean
you have duplicate folders?
If not, what exactly do you mean?
