Default How do I eliminate shiny face in MS Office Picture Manager?

Don't use harsh or direct lighting, put tissue paper over the flash when
you take pictures. As for MS Office Picture Manager, well it's a picture
manager, nor an editor, so if you really want to edit photos you will
need an Image editing software.
